What our visitors say

Don’t usually leave a review but staff are lovely here, my little boy was really upset, a staff member noticed on the way out that he still had a train in his hand that he’d been playing with (I didn’t notice as I had my daughter there too who’s 1 and was sorting her out at the time) she was very nice about it and asked if he could leave it behind he’d been playing with it the whole time he was there and was very upset that he had to leave it behind, I took him out and the lady came after us and gave him the train which made his day, thank you so much i honestly didn’t expect this at all ❤️

I have been coming here for over a year now as my 4 year daughter loves the atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming including the newest staff on the team. My daughter knows them all by name and will happily approach them if she’s having any difficulties. They are always very accommodating to her needs and mine as we both have autism. They always try and accommodate her food needs as she will only eat with one type of food on the plate at once. Some days it is quiet but that is also ideal at times when my daughter is overwhelmed by to many people and to much noise. I found getting the membership was a great deal no change in price for school holidays and things like animals visits at no extra cost on top of membership. We have just been to see the animals this week it was a brilliant experience the animals were lovely to handle and it would be great if they are visiting again any time soon it was very popular. During the time I have been visiting I have seen an improvement to the furniture and equipment there. New free play toys as well as machines. Just a suggestion for the future you could consider organising a time slot aimed at home educated children in the area to have a safe space to socialise with other children on a regular basis. Keep up the great work. 🙂
